Terms of Use

Last updated: July 26, 2026 · Effective: July 26, 2026

Short version. This website gives information about a membership that hasn't launched yet and lets you reserve a founding spot. Reserving is free and binds neither of us. Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here promises you'll be approved for any treatment — that's a licensed clinician's decision after a real evaluation.

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Virtual Vitality LLC, a California limited liability company at 2108 N St., Suite N, Sacramento, CA 95816. By using virtualvitality.ai or submitting the founding-member form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. We are not your medical provider

Virtual Vitality is a management services organization. We do not practice medicine, employ the clinicians who will treat members, or direct clinical decisions. At launch, care will be provided by independent licensed clinicians affiliated with our clinical platform partner. Those clinicians exercise their own independent professional judgment.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not delay seeking care because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

3. No guarantee of treatment

Joining the waitlist, becoming a member, or paying any fee does not entitle you to any particular medication, therapy, or plan. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you is decided by a licensed clinician after evaluating you, and a clinician may determine that no treatment is appropriate. Any description of services on this site is general information about what may be available, not a promise of what you will receive.

4. Reserving a founding spot

  • Reserving is free. No payment method is collected and no charge is made.
  • Reserving creates no obligation for you to join and no obligation for us to provide services.
  • Reserving is not enrollment, and it does not create a patient relationship with any clinician.
  • Membership terms, final pricing, eligibility, and availability are confirmed at launch, and services will be subject to a separate membership agreement you'll review at that time.
  • We may close the waitlist, change the founding-member offer prospectively, or decline any reservation.

5. The founding-member offer

The founding-member offer applies to the first 500 verified members, on these terms:

  • Enrollment fee waived for verified union members, veterans, and first responders who enroll at launch.
  • Rate lock. If you enroll as a founding member, your membership rate will not increase for as long as your membership remains continuously active. The rate lock ends if your membership lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated, and it does not carry over to a new membership started later.
  • The rate lock applies to the recurring membership fee for the plan you enroll in. It does not apply to medications, laboratory testing, shipping, taxes, or any charges billed by a third party such as a pharmacy or laboratory, and it does not apply to charges for a different plan or added services you later choose.
  • If we discontinue a plan, materially change what it includes, or are required to change it by law, regulation, or a change in what our clinical partner can supply, we will tell founding members in advance and offer the closest comparable plan; where that isn't possible, you may cancel without penalty.
  • Verification of union, veteran, or first-responder status may be required. Reserving a spot does not by itself verify status.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where services are offered. At launch, services will be available in California. Additional states will follow as licensing permits.

7. Insurance, HSA, and FSA

Our membership is cash-pay and is not billed to insurance. We accept HSA and FSA cards, but whether a particular expense is eligible is determined by IRS rules and your plan administrator, not by us. We provide receipts and documentation; we do not give tax advice.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, and don't impersonate anyone.
  • Don't send health details, medical records, or other sensitive information through this website's form, email, or social media messages.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
  • Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Our content

The content on this site — text, design, logos, and marks — belongs to Virtual Vitality or its licensors. You may view and share it; you may not copy it for commercial use without permission.

10. Third-party links and services

We use third-party services to run this site and our email list, and we may link to other sites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

11. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Vitality will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability relating to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100), which reflects that this site is free to use and collects no payment. Nothing in this section limits liability for the professional conduct of licensed clinicians, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for anything that cannot be limited under California law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents either of us from seeking relief in small claims court.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top will change. If a change is material and affects people on the waitlist, we'll email you. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

15. Contact
